Room Rates for All Three Floors
Room rates for Lytton Gardens Skilled Nursing Facility include nursing care, room, meals, linens, housekeeping, activities, restorative ambulation, and social services.

Semi-private room 2nd floor Medicare $294 per day
Private room 2nd floor $351 per day
Semi-private room 3rd & 4th floor $230/$235 per day
Private room on LTC 4th floor $254/260

Medicare Coverage

First 20 days = 100% Medicare coverage
21st through 100th days – 80% Medicare coverage, 20% co-insurance coverage or private pay
