Room Rates for All Three Floors
Room rates for Lytton Gardens Skilled Nursing Facility include nursing care, room, meals, linens, housekeeping, activities, restorative ambulation, and social services.
  • Semi-private - $199 per day
  • Private (large) $230 per day, (small) $225 per day
  • Medicare section $260 per day
Medicare Coverage
  • First 20 days = 100% Medicare coverage
  • 21st through 100th days – 80% Medicare coverage, 20% co-insurance coverage or private pay
