The outpatient therapy department at Lytton Gardens is contracted by Consonus Healthcare. We provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to seniors, all customized to meet an individual’s specific needs and goals. We strive to assist seniors to return to the highest level of independence to maintain or improve their quality of life. We are staffed with highly skilled and licensed physical therapists and occupational therapists, all experienced and dedicated to working with individuals with a wide range of orthopedic or neurological conditions.

WHO CAN BENEFIT

Any individual can benefit from skilled outpatient therapy services. The need for outpatient rehabilitation may arise from a traumatic or repetitive injury, an orthopedic or neurological disorder. A new injury or progression of a recurring problem that causes limitations in mobility and/or decrease functional self care skills.
